HI HI HI! Welcome to 2022! I'm thrilled to be back in your inbox, and bringing you some more energy each week.
This year, I'm simplifying a little! Instead of information specific to building your influence with others, I'm going to send you a weekly energizer. Might be a quote, a joke, some tips on building your influence with others (I've still got some great info there), or some helpful hints on becoming more resilient, courageous and confident in life's discomforts, because we all need a little more of that!

Now let's talk about goals. I've always got ongoing goals for business and life, so I stopped doing new year's resolutions a while ago, but last year I started doing the word of the year.
2021's word was FLOW. I wanted to find some grace and ease in my life, and I found a lot more than I usually had, so in retrospect, I did pretty well, (though I wouldn't mind a little more!)
This year, I picked 3 words, and the big one is INTENTION! I want to be sure I'm seeking out the business, friends, activities, investments and foods (and I'm sure there's other stuff I'm missing) that will help me achieve those ongoing goals. I don't want to arrive at the person I'll be on December 31, 2022 by accident. By being INTENTIONAL, I'm saying yes, and more importantly, saying NO to things that will get in the way of the things I truly want.
