Mid-Week Energizer : How I “scrambled” my thinking!

I was grieving the loss of my morning scramble!

I recently started a new nutrition plan that has me drinking a protein shake in the morning for breakfast.
Fun fact about Anne…Breakfast happens to be one of my very favorite meals of the day. I love going out to breakfast. It just feels decadent to me. And I love breakfast foods! 3 cheers for breakfast!https://stratus.campaign-image.com/images/776687000018702016_zc_v1_1742332560209_annie_and_the_mri.jpg
So as I was thinking about the new nutrition program, I was lamenting the loss of my favorite meal.  I started wondering if I could have a cheat day so that I could eat some yummy eggs, but I want to get the best results possible.  Then I asked myself a question that I share with my audiences all the time…
How else could I solve this?
Why can’t I eat breakfast at lunchtime just plan to move my delicious egg concoctions to the lunchtime meal.
Sure, it’s a bit harder when traveling, when restaurant breakfast generally ends at 10 AM, but when I’m home, it’ll be easy to bump the morning scramble to lunchtime!
Now I can stick to the program, get the nutritional results that I want AND enjoy my favorite meal of the day!
Next time you’re faced with a challenge or you want to fit a change into your life, but it means giving up something that you like, ask yourself, “how else could I solve this?” or “how else could I do this?”  and you might just come up with a winning solution to today’s problem, rather than just sticking to the habitual way you’ve done it in the past!
Go get ‘em Tiger!
